Keeping Your Heavy Machines Working Efficiently

Founded by Andrew Leblanc

Knights of Repair (formerly "Andrew Leblanc Mechanical") is led by Andrew Leblanc, founder and CEO. He built the company with a clear standard: repair work should be done properly, and customers should be treated with professionalism and respect.
With years of hands-on experience working directly on heavy equipment in challenging operating conditions, Andrew understands how machines fail and what it takes to restore them reliably. His approach is grounded in accurate diagnosis, accountability, and clear communication.
Under his leadership, the company has earned the trust of operators who depend on their equipment every day. To take the company to new heights, Andrew recently hired Ascendant Arrow as his branding and marketing agency.
Built on Strong Core Values
Since starting in 2013, Knights of Repair has grown by focusing on doing the work properly and standing behind it.
Clients continue to work with us because we show up, communicate clearly, and solve problems without creating new ones.
We believe in operating our company by the Golden Rule and prioritize integrity in all our dealings.
Protecting Your Uptime to Protect Your Customers, Team and Family
Knights of Repair was built around a simple reality: when heavy equipment fails, work stops. Projects fall behind, crews are affected, and costs escalate quickly.
Most repair services add to the problem by requiring equipment to be transported to a shop, creating delays before diagnosis even begins.
We do it differently. We bring the repair directly to the equipment and restore your operation where it failed. The result is faster turnaround, less disruption, and a more direct path back to business.
A Smarter Approach to Heavy Machinery Repair
Heavy equipment operates under load, in changing conditions, and often under pressure. Fixing it properly requires more than general mechanical knowledge.
Our approach is built on:
- Diagnosing issues objectively on-site, where failures actually occur
- Identifying root causes before replacing parts
- Prioritizing reliable, long-term fixes over quick patches
This ensures the equipment not only runs again, but performs the way it should when it returns to service.
Experience that Matches the Work
With over 20 years of combined experience, we’ve worked across industries where equipment performance is critical, including construction, agriculture, forestry, waste and recycling, and aggregate and mining.
We regularly service specialized equipment such as wood chippers, hydrovac trucks, and full equipment fleets operating in high-pressure environments where downtime directly impacts deadlines and cost.
